Aviva Investors currently manage global real estate assets in excess of £20 / €23 / US$33 billion* and already have extensive holdings in Europe as well as a growing presence in North America and the Asia-Pacific region.
The Asia Pacific real estate team, based in Singapore, Melbourne and London, has more than 65 combined years experience in the region. They offer a wide range of investment management services including fund establishment, multi-manager services and strategic investment advice. The team is exploring long-term joint-ventures for co-investment in the region, similar to the partnerships already established for UK and European markets. As at 31 December 2009 the business manages assets of US$1.3 billion and has investments spread across China, India, Japan, Singapore and South Korea.
The rest of the real estate team is based in London, Frankfurt, New York and Paris. The team includes fund managers, asset managers, investment professionals, strategists, researchers and property finance experts.
We believe that our comprehensive, tried-and-tested investment process, which stresses the importance of combining top-down analysis and bottom-up stock selection, overseen by thorough risk controls, will help us continue to deliver attractive returns in the future.
We are committed to providing all our clients with excellent service standards, which encompass portfolio management, communication and administration. We have in place a range of procedures to underpin our commitment to client service. For example, we have several client relationship managers (CRMs), focused 100% on property, tasked specifically with driving forward the quality of our service to clients.
